DAMAGED MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE REIMBURSED UNLESS IT IS OPENED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY IN FRONT OF THE POSTMEN. IF YOU SEE THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED, MAKE INDICATION ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. ALWAYS MAKE JUSTIFICATORY PHOTOS. With this paper and these photos, the French post reimburses the content at the declared value for all the parcels with insurance. WITHOUT DOING THIS THEY WILL NOT REFUND ON INSURANCE
For any returned merchandise, cannot refund any courier component of the postage charge.

SHIPPING: We strive to package items so that they are not damaged in shipping. However if breakage occurs an insurance claim will have to be processed. To process an insurance claim it is important that you send pictures to us of all pieces of the broken item, the inside packaging, and the external packaging. If you want to keep the item and have it repaired, an estimate of repair cost will be required. Please keep all packaging until any damage inspection is complete. The claim process may take upwards of 8 weeks to complete. Please be patient and we will keep you informed of the progress.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Please don't wait three weeks to contact me if your order is taking longer to arrive than what is indicated above based on your location, you should first contact your delivering post or customs office and provide them with your tracking number specified in the shipping manifest. They should be able to help you track it down or give you more information on what might be causing the hold up. If that doesn't pan out, please let me know and I will work with you and the postal service to figure out what may be causing the hold up.


We require 25% down - nonrefundable - to hold the item. The balance must be paid off within one month (unless prior arrangements have been made) or the entire payment(s) will be forfeited. I prefer to set it up with no more than two payments.

I will ship when the last payment has been made!

Electrical items are original and as found. Replacement of cords, plugs, sockets, and switches is up to the buyer to do so if desired.

EU customers a cheaper solution is available on RELAY Mondial, its a pick up service so your merchandise is delivered to a point near you and you are sent a message and you pick it up there.

During November and December leading up to Christmas postage can take considerably longer.

We do not refund for customers when they change their minds, so please look at photos carefully and ask questions accordingly.

Would like to advise all my customers that, owing to new postal tarifs here in France, the price of postage has increased significantly as of 1st January 2015
the price for sending even a small package is 36€ for 2 kilos there is no more petite package pricing. There is no insurance included in this method of shipping.
